What is the difference between Neville and Balor?

I feel like this could be a spin-off thread on its own, but where would you guys put Austin Aries in this equation? Like how do you justify Balor being pushed as a main eventer on the main roster and Aries being delegated to 205 Live?

Maybe Aries chose to do commentary for 205 Live and work with the cruiserweights. Kind of like when Christian chose to work with ECW during his second run.

Aries is better than both Neville and Balor so if he ever moved past the cruiserweight division he would be an immediate main event star.
