Let's speak on it.

I put this topic in TLR because I want the opinions of just regular posters

For us in Africa, generally we say we need "development" hence the Chinese fukkery and exploitative shyt that's going on.

For us Biafrans, as we fight for independence our end game is simply:

1) Reclaim our land currently occupied by Nigeria:francis:

2) Reclaim our culture and heritage robbed of us by the British and drop western culture for good :hhh:
3) World power status :gladbron:(4) to be able to kick the ass of anybody who wants that smoke:birdman:
5) To emancipate other black peoples from physical subjugation and mental slavery :cape:

You have 5 choices from the poll

For AA, it's to survive but succeed. Can't do it by doing the lazinest way possible. You can't win a football game not studying the tape but Black people want to end white supremacy :mjlol:

Also, too much hate in the Black community. Young hate old, old hate young. Black women hate Black men and vice versa. Black folks v. Caribbean and Africans and vice versa. shyt looks like a what's Beef BET episode. The shea butters v. The pro blacks, coming next. Lil Flip rapping and shyt.

For Biafra, if we get it, I am afraid it will be by Jewish proxy. While this relationship could be financially elite for us, I can see the downfall being steep. But still better than Nigeria but steep. I wish there was a way to organically do it but we would if we could but that's not how the world currently works, especially for Black folks.

For Africa, it's to come to an collective trade agreement. Freedom to work across all African nations. AU passport that works like the EU one. Having agendas and backup plan to make African into a globally competitive market. Specializing in different trades.

For Caribbean brothas and sistas. Idk

The islands don't have the resources to rapidly develop.

I'll speak from the Biafran experience.
You really don't want to be blessed with natural resources with c00ns as leader - and they will 99% be c00ns (for very mentally weak nations) if you have oil and gas since the West will most likely impose them. We are blessed with natural resources to the teeth, but google "the most polluted fresh waters in the world" - that's us. We face constant militarism from our oppressive and imposed government for resources found in our land.

We are not looking to a resources-based economy but a knowledge based one.

As a starting point we are looking to give all West African nations free oil and gas if that's what it takes to be free.

We will be the richest nation with our brains alone. This is the Biafran spirit

Ideally, I would like to see Africa leverage the natural resources that it has to not only increase the standard of living of their people but also easily trade within itself. Using these resources and infrastructure, they could help the islands increase feed of those resources and infrastructure while also helping AA/Afro-Latinos with education opportunities that could not be provided here in the states. We are a strong group of people. Our race has been through a lot. Anyways, as much as I like the idea of pan africanism, the only thing we share is skin color and similar struggle. Hard to get people to Unite.

We believe we can reignite and realign the currently marooned destiny of Africans worldwide when we are free. We are dedicated to doing so.

@T'challa - To add onto your list, Biafrans are inclined towards free-market enterprise. I think Biafrans want to see continental trade deals/freedom of movement and work arrangements that work to the benefit of nations which sign onto those deals.

Yes nwannem.

I'll also post this here for others to also understand. When we get our freedom, the AU and ECOWAS will have to be heavily reformed or completely done away with (my inclination). These are just giant baby ngos breastfed by the EU. They can't even handle a court case and member nations don't listen to them. Its a gathering of rogue head of states.

What will replace them will be transnational and transcontinental bodies that caters to the welfare of Africans globally.

All Black Nations should be concerned primarily with economic and technological development. It's a shame not a single one is universally considered "First World". I doubt it helps that all plenty of brain power leaves black homelands for first world nations. And not just for education, but for good. There is also the much bigger problem of nations in debt, and trade agreements.

Pan Africanism today, Pan Africanism

Pan Africanism forever

It’s historically the only school of Black thought that has freed our people. It’s the only ‘endgame’ worth a damn and it’s congruent with the Black spirit.

No matter what you want for Black people, Pan-Africanism will always be the most viable route toward it,

In the Biafran struggle we all said the same thing; that it was impossible to unite and that we were too individualistic and loved money too much. But the creator smiled on us and gave us someone. It may be difficult to understand if you don't know/follow the Biafran history and movement. There were splits within the Igbo nation itself (Biafra is made up of about 13 nations). After the genocide war of 1967-70, as usual (just like WWI) someone was to take the blame for the war - the loser. While all nations in Biafra fought, the most conspicuous of them - the Igbo nation took the entire blame. As such many people resorted to changing their names to English names or undetectable Igbo names to be able to live in Nigeria again. Whole communities towns and villages changed their names. Parents taught their children that they were not Igbo. The name Biafra was wiped of the map. People married out. I can go on and on. Nobody ever imagined that a movement could ever resurface with such realignment again. As we speak every nook and cranny of Biafraland is declaring for Biafra with such a blistering pace, its hard to keep up. They have even immortalized the Biafran leader in songs.

I believe when that individual comes up in the USA, African Americans will smile like never before.

I agree with your concerns and view. Without giving away too much I can confidently say that we cannot be subservient to any other group(s), not anymore. Our experience over the past 170 years has taught us a lot.

For Africa, it's to come to an collective trade agreement. Freedom to work across all African nations. AU passport that works like the EU one. Having agendas and backup plan to make African into a globally competitive market. Specializing in different trades.

I agree. The Biafran movement cosigns this very much too.

Sovereignity, reparations, and THEN pan afrikanism.
Why?
Gotta have the means to make the moves. I want something else, too...People have to pay in more than money.
From the USA to JA, the exploiter class must be...Adjusted. They need to feel this whole 5 hunna.
:demonic:

Let's get a clear definition of Pan Africanism.

I don't mind being a Jewish proxy while we're struggling for the first couple of years. When we grow strong enough - with our people well fed, educated and productive; our foreign policy needs will differ. However, I cannot forget the acts of Israel/Israelis during Biafran War and how they've given refuge to our leaders today.

Still, there are no permanent friends in international relations. Just interests.

Development number one obviously
Economic freedom goes with it
Then sovereignty & reclaiming our lost culture (Sahara needs to be deeply excavated by AFRICAN nations)
And finally land, cuz why the fukk not (and it goes with sovereignty)
