So you're saying the Chronic is not recognizable or Ready to Die. Its like saying nobody knows Nevermind or The White Album because they are old. :leostare:

I'm not saying GRODT is not a recognizable cover but for the OP to say the aforementioned covers are wack is just ignorant.:aicmon:

Age has nothing to do with it. Do you think an album that sold a few million is more recognizable than an album that went diamond worldwide?:beli:

I think you just like those covers better, because I'm having a tough time figuring out the logic behind calling The Chronic the most recognizable album cover ever.

Is it recognizable? Sure. But, the most ever? Hell no.

Out of the ones listed, illmatic without a doubt. To the point Biggie and Lil Wayne both copied it.

Never said they were breh, :beli: my first comment was in reference of calling those covers wack.

By your logic To the Extreme is more recognizable than anything ever posted in this thread so far since it sold 7 million. Recognizable doesn't mean most sales, it mean what is it you closely associate with and impacted you.

Like I said before got nothing against GRODT. Just the comment in general, and for the hell of it.

Seriously doubt that the average casual hiphop listener would know that it was Illmatic or that more than 10% has even heard Illmatic. C3 and R2d are a lot more recognizable in that baby department.

I think it must e an album with commercial success.

Probably Chronic 2001, Chronic, GRODT, R2D, AEOM, Stankonia probably in the future WTT for it's unique cover hmm
