I remember talking about the manager at a job I was at. I wasn't talking shyt about her. Come to find out the dude I was talking with is very very close to the manager, has dinner with the owner and manager all the time, and exchange christmas gifts and shyt

Yall need union jobs where everyone pulling down $35+ . Nobody trying to backstab if we all taking the bag home. Union brotherhood, it’s us vs. contractors 98% of the time anyway. Nah I don’t trust cacs either. I had manager that was mad cool for cac and would ask what I think of so and so. Eventually word wold get around of what I said. It was nothing serious but I knew I couldn’t give my true opinions on things. As you know cacs.

I’m cool with all my black colleagues... well, the few of them there. But nah, unless it’s work related, me and the non-black staff are not discussing anything else. I’ve seen it happen too many times where they’ve got HR on speed dial.

It ain't hard to make up an excuse. You can be cool with people at work and talk/maybe joke around but if they ask to go chill say "Nah, I got too much going on" and keep it moving. They will move on to someone else
