I need friends like you IRL.
I love video games. Mainly NBA 2k 
and any GTA. But I have other hobbies too. If you are putting video games before people and real life, that may be a problem.
And yes I have stayed up all night trying to beat GTA when it comes out. Some of the best times of my life. Most men just assume girls don't like video games. Find one who does.

that's sad. I don't know if it's technically sci-fi but the last/best movie I saw in theaters was that Intergallactic movie with Matthew McConaughey. Science is cool.I can't play games for long...I get too wrapped up in it and start neglecting everyone.

I copped a WiiU and since I'm a stay at home mom, I can play Mario Kart, Smash Bros, or replay GTA without interruption while everyone is gone during the day.
About to get the Mass Effect trilogy on Origin for this weekend
I recently tried to play this game and I wanted to like it but I just couldn't get into it.
I was looking for the roaming type of environment but it just had too much reading for me.

Video games take a certain amount of logic to play, which we all know women don't have.
Or you could do like this fella did when he was rejected by a girl in real life...dude recreated the scenario on the Sims and was rejected on the game too

This junk had me dying. One time I went over to the folks house for Thanksgiving. Farmville was the thing. Everyone was in the kitchen talking and I noticed my Dad wasn't in there, so I go and I find him in his computer room and dude is on Farmville and he had a posted note with times on when he had to " plant or harvest crops"
and I asked him him if he was serious? No lie he looked at me with a dead straight face not joking at all and said ' I guess it's just the Farmer in me"
To Which I replied then why don't you go start a REAL FARM and make REAL MONEY
