Business degree...networking. I have a black mentor who did what the whie boys do and basically put me in positions where I shined and they had no choice but to put me on.

PMP is good but the best bet for certifications was the CPP because of taxes .


Bros my only advice find a black mentor on LinkedIn in the career you want and make magic happen (no homo) literally changed my life.
