I have watched every single episode of Flip or Flop and I don't know how anyone can afford to OWN a house in LA.
900 square foot single story slab homes with no heating, landscaping, insulation, working electrical in need of repair ?? 350k easily.

In fact I've never seen a house on flip or flop under 287k to pre rehab, and I'm talking average 900-1,100 square feet single bath, no basement, no amenities houses outside of LA
