Just opened up by cabinet. Seasonings in my cabinet:

Salt
Pepper
Lemon Pepper
Chicken Seasoning
Steak Seasoning
Roasted Garlic & Herb
Garlic Tuscan
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Mrs. Dash (good on veggies, you can use it on other things though)
Poultry Seasoning
Brazilian Steakhouse Seasoning
Salt free Garlic and Herb
Brown Sugar Bourbon
Rosemary leaves
Celery flakes
Cinnamon
Honey
Sazon Goya seasoning
Goya Powdered Chicken Bouillon
Goya Powdered Beef Bouillon
I try to stay away from any premade seasonings. Premade = sodium :ld: not bad though.
Next time use fresh thyme also and scallions too
I got some ground thyme, would that still work? :leon:
And a scotch bonnet pepper
Forgot to add that I bought some serrano peppers.


I'm good on scotch bonnets unless I'm making jollof :whoa:

This is the only premade seasoning I have but I only use it if I'm making something creole like

I just learned about something called za'atar a coupla days ago, that's the next thing I'm trying to get familiar with.

I mainly eat chicken and fish, and I squeeze on a hefty amount of lemon juice before seasoning. If not lemon, some sort of citrus. Then I’ll add dry seasoning.
