I try to stay away from any premade seasonings. Premade = sodium not bad though.Just opened up by cabinet. Seasonings in my cabinet:

Mrs. Dash (good on veggies, you can use it on other things though)

Brown Sugar Bourbon
Rosemary leaves
Celery flakes
Cinnamon
Honey
Sazon Goya seasoning
Goya Powdered Chicken Bouillon
Goya Powdered Beef Bouillon
I got some ground thyme, would that still work?Next time use fresh thyme also and scallions too
Forgot to add that I bought some serrano peppers.And a scotch bonnet pepper
I'm good on scotch bonnets unless I'm making jollof
This is the only premade seasoning I have but I only use it if I'm making something creole like....
I got like 50+ spices in the cabinet.
