I have an Apple watch I always forget to put on when am working out. Might not be thing cause I only use it to change songs and tell time while at work.

When am running I use Strava to clock my miles.

Stick to the basics

Apple Watch.

One of the best gym purchases. Considering upgrading to the new one this year.

I used Fitbits for years (most recently Charge 2 HR) but late last year, I bought a Garmin (Vivoactiv 4) and I've been using that as I bike more. I guess it depends what kinda training you're doing? I know Garmin has some functionality that auto-guesses what type of weightlifting exercise you're doing and tracks your sets if you are in the gym.

Fitbit Versa 2

1. Links to my Dexcom G6 for glucose readings while I workout.:wow: The app I use (Glance) allows me to link 5 others to view my readings in real time too.
2. Tracks all cardio (running, playing, weightlifting, cycling). I use Strava as well too.
3. Biggest thing is track my sleep.
