I think is a irrational decision if PG decides to stay with the Clippers. The window has been closed when Kwahi haven't been available in the postseason. Then, you have Westbrook was ineffective and inefficient against the MAVS. Westbrook needs the ball to have an impact. Harden being the system isn't working against teams with younger players.

The Sixers and Magic will be a great choice for PG. They can offer him a max contract and can be title contenders.
