it should be sirianni. that roster is one of the most talented in the league but there are a lot of issues with the locker room and chemistry and that falls directly on the coach. the eagles should make it to the nfc championship and anything less should get him the boot.

Because he's the coach of the Pittsburgh Steelers were the expectations are to compete for SBs whether you think that's fair or not.

It'd be different if he was coaching a different team. No different than the expectations of a team like the Cowboys looking for SBs.

He's a victim of the team he's coaching and the legacy behind them.
Thats a different discussion. Org pressure to live up to their standard =/= he gets props for never sucking and regularly being in the playoffs despite his QB so he should be expected to work miracles when he gets there. Beyond that, the Steelers are literally the most patient franchise in North America. 3 coaches since Mike was just a talented little kid singing with his big brothers.

Mike Tomlin should but he gets the media pass.
Steelers have a none title streak second only to the cowboys for one of the premier franchises.

Funny how the Rooney's and Tomlin get no pressure the way the Jones and Davis family get
49ers havent won since the early 90s :gucci:

:dahell: Steelers have 2 SBs in the 21st century

Comparing their fall off to Dallas/Washington/Raiders is insane

We've seen trash ass QBs managed to win a playoff game, so let's not sit here and pretend like it isn't possible.

Hell Daniel Jones did it a few years ago and is on the practice squad.

Just a couple of months ago, cats on here were hyping up Russ and were even doing it to a certain extent with Fields so let's not switch and move goalpost now as we can easily pull the receipts showing otherwise.

Lol @ Tomlin.

1. Pittsburgh have already surpassed their expectations by once again making the playoffs.

2. He's playing Baltimore who everyone is expecting to at least go to conf finals.

Like how can Tomlin be ahead of Harbaugh? If Lamar won this poll by like 90 % of the votes? Is it cause Harbaugh have 1 SB win and appearance a decade+ ago? That's the same as Tomlin but with 1 less appearance.

Harbaugh done had like 12 pro bowl guys and not won the conference even. While Tomlin made it to the playoffs with 2 players on defense. This year Baltimore has 9 players. Steelers have 4, ofc all on defense and special teams.

And now he is a backup on another and where are the Giants? Ass. And yet Daboll still got his job. Back to back years missing the playoffs with Burrow playing 27 of 34 games and Taylor safe. But the nikka in the playoffs with flabby Russ...the guy that got Hackett fired and Payton couldnt win with gotta beat Kobe and Shaq on top of that to stay off the hot seat?

There is something to be said for never being ass no matter what.

1. Jones haven't been in the SB in 30 years, about the time he took over the operations. Not even made it to the conference finals.
2. Davis family haven't been in the SB in 40 years, the team probably had as many city changes as conference finals appearances.
3. Tomlin has seen 2 SBs, and in the 30 years since Dallas played Steelers they have 3 appearance. And 7-8 appearances in the conf. finals while Dallas has zero.

I don't know if you are trolling or don't know recent history of the teams :dahell:

Also can I ask, how John Harbaugh has less pressure to win with his fully stacked teams over recent years than Tomlin with his over performing teams? Is it cause we black people always need to do 2x better as our dads used to tell us?:jbhmm:

The Ravens better not lose today, especially if Lamar plays poorly and there are questionable coaching decisions.

I’m surprised people have McDermott on the hot seat ahead of Harbaugh.

It’s funny for me cause it’s Steelers all day but other than that I want to see Lamar thrive and reach that next level for the culture. Too many setbacks for the culture lately :to:
