Like with the QB thread, the answer usually tends to be the black ones

1. Tomlin
2. Sirianni and Bowles
4. Demeco - He won't get fired but if they lose he'll be under pressure next season.

Everyone else is playing with house money.

Tomlin, which is why I've been saying that the Ravens vs Steelers game is the most important one of the weekend.

It will only be so long that people can keep propping up his regular season record and disregarding his failures in the playoffs.

You could also add Nick Siriani to that list if they lose in the weekend as well.

Tomlin has gone like 8 seasons without winning a playoff game

McDermott’s calling card is defense which has absolutely failed the Bills in the playoffs each year

John Harbaugh has a 3 time MVP QB at his disposal and can’t afford another mid performance

Is Nick Siriani coaching anything right now?

Andy Reid and that's only for the potential history being made.

McDermott should be on the clock for previous sins in the playoffs

I think Demeco Ryan got some pressure on him. Only because the Texans in the second half of the season have looked lost. And the players already had 2 player only meetings in b2b weeks mid season first was after the Jets loss. Started out 6-2 and finished 4-5.

Tomlin, Sirianni & Mcdermontt.

Tomlin because only so long the “no losing seasons” thing can hold up.

Sirianni because the Eagles will move off quick and they were already contemplating doing so in the offseason.

McDermott because it will be a case of the coach who brought us out of the dark times and made us a contender but can’t get us to the ultimate goal.

I don't know.

If Lamar Jackson is the QB under the most pressure to win, then you'd have to think John Harbaugh is the Head Coach under the most pressure to win, also.
But I don't get the feeling that Harbaugh has ever been on the hot seat.

It's similar with Sean McDermott. Wasn't this guy nearly on his way out last year after those stories about what a weirdo he is? He made some odd 9/11 comments. Somehow that's been swept under the rug and you don't hear a lot from the media in Buffalo about McDermott having to win.

I can understand how people might think Mike Tomlin is on the hot seat. I don't see it. I feel Mike Tomlin has been carrying mediocre teams to the playoffs for 10 years now. That guy has been over-performing, if anything. He would be the top HC on the market by far if he was let go by Pittsburgh.

Andy Reid is teflon.

Sean McVay is probably coaching on his own terms. He could get fired but I think he'd be fine. He could do TV or find another HC job easily.

Nick Sirianni might be under the most pressure, just because the people in Philly are intense and there's so much talent there. And there's already been some level of frustration within the locker room with AJ Brown not getting the ball enough.

As far as Dan Campbell, the Lions are the SB favorites. If he's under a lot of pressure, I think he's putting that pressure on himself. He seems like a passionate, intense guy. I'm rooting for the Lions but if they lose, I don't think ownership could fire him. That would be terrible.

What do we want from Tomlin? These other coaches got either the best QBs in the game, nikkas that look the part, or dudes with potential. He got two throwaways and he under pressure to beat Shaq and Kobe? :wtf:

If it wasnt for the injuries, I would say Sirianni. But that may not even be enough to save him if they lose, especially early.

How about Harbaugh? Everybody got their pitchforks ready for Lamar. At what point does his playoff struggles reflect on the head coach?

Sirianni 1, Tomlin 2.

I'd put Tomlin 1 if I actually thought they had a decent shot of beating the Ravens. Going damn near 10 years w/o a playoff win isn't going to look good on his jacket though, but if they at least put up a good performance I think he can fight off the criticism.

Sirianni probably done if they lose this weekend right?

Agreed, even if the Steelers ended the season poorly. Was Tomlin’s team even supposed to be here…yet again?

I voted Sirianni only because he has a higher chance of being dismissed than John Harbaugh, ESPECIALLY if the Packers manage to pull off the upset.

Bowles’ team getting into the playoffs again has him safe, but they’ll need to deal with Liam Coen leaving this offseason. So Bowles might be on the clock next year.
