My friend (male) and I are discussing this married couple we know.

The couple has been married for about 5 years now. Dude has a good job and pretty much supports both of them while the best she can do is receptionist and temp work which would be fine but finances have been a little bit of a struggle (they literally have moved 5 times since they have been married) and she insist they stay in an expensive area so she can be close to her parents even though they would save a lot more money if the moved to another part of town.

So within the last few years the wife decided that she wanted to be a cheerleader. She is 34/35 years old but has a dance background. She got in shape and did the try-outs but did not make the team. However she is allowed to hang around as an "ambassador." Which means she can hang out with the squad, dress in the outfit and go to the games but doesn't get paid. She even went to the draft this year when even most of the squad didn't go. IDK on whose dime that was.

Now my male friend thinks the behavior is fine b/c they are "madly in love" and b/c he is a good husband.
I think the chick is out here trying to play Kim K and trying to get chose. Maybe I am being a pessimist but I think her behavior is inappropriate. What say thecoli?

She'da been kicked to the curb for not getting with the fukking program. And the fact she ain't getting paid?

Maybe there's more to the situation than you're privy to. Thats how marriages are. Outside folk rarely know all that goes on that leads to behavior they may not understand or agree with.

I judged my hubbys cheating best friend for 2yrs until I learned his wife REFUSES to fukk him. He's tried courting her, gifting her, romantic vacations, begging, and counseling. He loves her dearly and wants to be with her but for whatever reason she ain't with it. They haven't sex since their youngest and he's over 2.

You never know whats really going on.

She's 35 and she is a cheerleader reject. If she was single that would be unacceptable. I don't need to know every detail to know that this situation ain't right.

Oh and dude you know should be judged. He's weak in either scenario.

Actually they are both good looking people but short as hell. I'm average height and got him by about 2-4 inches. And she is shorter than him. She is in very good shape and has a nice bubble. He's probably one of the most joyful people I ever met. He's a lot of fun. I've only seen him not so happy once and that was when he was saying he didn't like her posting pictures on FB.

I think she is chasing a spark too. I think it's the fact that she never really had a dance career like she wanted which is probably why is he is being supportive. But her going to the draft was like straight disrespectful IMO.
