What should I expect from AMC Mad Men?

If you're four episodes in, I'd say finish the first season and see how you feel. If you're not invested after that, then it's not for you. Forcing yourself to watch this show will not be rewarding. That said, there's no better writing, character progression, or setting(Downton Abbey is close(yeah I watch Downton Abbey, nikkas:birdman:)) on television. 10 different people can sit and watch an episode together and all 10 can come away from it with a different interpretation of what they were trying to convey. It's intriguing on a ton of different levels.
Yeah, I'll decide by the end of this 2nd season. It picked up near the end of the 1st season. It's not a bad show

I love this show but it's really hard to explain why. When I started watching it I thought it would be boring as fukk based on the description but I got into it really quickly. I still can't explain what makes it good, though. :manny:
Great acting, writing, cinematography.
