He's the real franchise player, more than Wall. Wall gets the empty numbers, but Beal makes them a completely different team when he's playing. I can somebody maxing him out and Washington will let him walk.
Lol. I wasn't saying these dudes have the same injury..just the fact both couldn't stay in healthy in contract years. Steph's ankle was a legit concernNot the same situation, Steph had ligament issues from constantly rolling his ankle that could be fixed with surgery and better ankle guards, the biggest problem with Beal is he's got brittle bones, he gets the same stress reaction in his tibia every season. It's basically a ticking time bomb until he has a fracture.
I used to agree with this but not anymoreHe's the real franchise player, more than Wall. Wall gets the empty numbers, but Beal makes them a completely different team when he's playing. I can somebody maxing him out and Washington will let him walk.
While I agree that they are better with Beal on the floor. Wall posts empty stats? He's the real franchise player, more than Wall. Wall gets the empty numbers, but Beal makes them a completely different team when he's playing. I can somebody maxing him out and Washington will let him walk.
I mean it's not like there is anybody else available..unless you wanna pay for Derozanwe have no choice but to keep him, it pains me to say.
John Wall's numbers do not lead to wins and often come at times when the game is out of reach or getting out of reach. He's a good player and I root for him, but I realized his numbers look better than their actual impact. While I agree that they are better with Beal on the floor. Wall posts empty stats?

As far as thread is concerned (and I'm unfortunately a huge wizards fan), I think you buck up and overpay him

Im sure the Wiz would exchange Beal for Green
But if im Washington im keepin em
With the cap going up Beal is not getting 12 nor 15 million a yearLet the market dictate his value.
If the Wizards had a smart GM, they would offer him something along the lines of a 4 years $60M deal and be done with it.
He shouldn't be getting anything more than that... his real value actually is probably 4 years $50M given that he's an average player.
