i dont think thats too bad in-between meals for this week. what is on your rota? in regards to the infamous snacks.
i almost bought some magnum almond ice cream just this morning and i have already ran through a turkish pancake.
those without the snacks be real whats your go between meals ?

You seem to eat a truck load of sugar and if you have been from the jump then you are probably already pre-diabetic and don't realize it. Look into the symptoms and see if they match, if they do kick that white devil to the kerb. 
wow you're healthy not even any biscuits. for something sweet to munch.
