custard dougnuts from sainsburys.
cadbury brunch bars
kit kats
jumbo cashew nuts
jaffa cakes
sweetbread
gari

i dont think thats too bad in-between meals for this week. what is on your rota? in regards to the infamous snacks.

i almost bought some magnum almond ice cream just this morning and i have already ran through a turkish pancake. :hubie:

those without the snacks be real whats your go between meals ? :feedme:

i should say on the list it'll be the jumbo cashew nuts. cant wait to watch the game later with that and some cola.

i normally love pancakes but thats not really a snack, so also some sweetbread toasted with butter. i am going to tear that up with some morning porridge.

My sis has been telling me about Seamoss. Need to get up on that.

The reason I eat heathy snacks is because I hate eating empty calories. Nothing pisses me off more than eating a bag of chips or candy bar and then feeling hungry an hour later.

i hear that and avacado too is fulfilling but i keep forgetting to pick that up with yogurt.

as for seamoss knowing you're repping black red green it would definitely be for you.

:picard: You seem to eat a truck load of sugar and if you have been from the jump then you are probably already pre-diabetic and don't realize it. Look into the symptoms and see if they match, if they do kick that white devil to the kerb.

Matter of fact even if they don't kick that white devil to the kerb. :myman:

Cucumbers are great snacks, esp if you whip up a nice freshly ground spice blend with rock salt, tri color peppercorns, chili flakes and whatever else you like.

thats important, but i had a health check i am on weight and my cholesterol is slightly above but i dont eat too much junk thats a weeks worth.

but i am more concerned with what i put into my temple.

Personally I don't put any stock in those tests because the levels/range they check go from "Healthy, vitalized, realized human being" down to "Barely animated corpse". That and by the time things show up on tests the damage has already been done at an organ based level.

Sugar in all of its forms, including rice acts as a poison in the body. People are so out of touch with their bodies that they don't realize their eating habits are steadily doing them in as it takes around 20-30 years for the effects to become evident. What most of the globe accepts as sound nutritional wisdom is actually PR speak for business interests designed to keep you flabby and sick.

i need to lay into more fruits, its difficult shopping some times because of the rush and the convenience of how certain items are packaged and placed.

to buy some healthy yogurts for example isnt easy because the bag is stuffed and it might leak or something and i like to do all my groceries at once.

but i will have to make shopping lists that way no rush or panic when shopping.

I typically eat a lot of bread, so I'm trying to slow down on so much bread now

I need more fruit in my daily diet.
