What Team should offer Harrison Barnes a Max Contract?

He's not really a slasher. He should be but he isn't - he averages about 2 free throws a game for his career

Unlike Dray, I feel Barnes is pretty replaceable. He's great to have on a loaded team like the dubs, but not sure if he's worth big money at other places.

Paul George didn't slash early in his career either. I dont think it's that he cant but its because of his role in his team.
On the warriors he's replaceable but i think he can drop 20 a game on a team like the Pelicans.
