I think people like to use the word corny for individual outliers who they suspect to be selfrighteous or have a superiority complex. Like they believe nerdy or straight laced types to be performative people who think they're better. I think performative is really the key descriptor of what is corny like imo Nardo Wick saying why work when he could rob people who do work was the corniest shyt I've ever heard because other than being toxic there was a level of performative-ness in what he said like he expected people to be impressed with that stupid shyt.

To seriously answer op's question any (especially under 35) black man who doesn't act like a caricature of what the media portrays black men to be. "Cornyness" doesn't really apply to young black women to the extent that it applies to young black men.
