Yep precisely, even moreso in the UK!
Bullshyt. Are there her only two songs? None of them are going to get her the exposure she wants. I know that first song from an advert and liked it but the full song isn't good to me, can't put a finger on it. But yeah, none of them are touching songs like rolling in the deep or someone like you.

Also, isn't Adele out for so long cause she had throat surgery?

She dropped 19 in 2009. She dropped 21 in 2011. Yes it's been 3 years but when you go Diamond you don't have to drop an album the next year or the year after. She's still eating off "21". Also Adele going Diamond this climate was very impressive. I'm sure she will drop 24 or 25 this year or next. She did have the James Bond song with won her another Grammy and won her an Oscar. Her next album will go at least 5x Platinum easy but I don't see her going Diamond again. This is what happens when you drop timeless music. Fans will wait. Sade proved it, Maxwell proved it.

Her first album sold 7M world wide.

Her second album sold 30M world wide.

She got married and had a kid, she's chilling right now.

:laff:
False.
You might have a point with the song writing
which mass appeal but the actual voice ?
:laff:

21 is a revolutionary album. And her voice is extremely unique. One of the best I've heard. Not like Aretha Franklin level or Whitney or anything, but still powerful.

I'm not talking about the album though
not sure if I'd say it's "Revolutionary" if I was.
Jennifer Hudson has a strong voice but she isn't alone in that regard,
I'd say Fantasia does as well. Though that doesn't mean their SONGS
are necessarily better. Even if that were the case, we already know
where the marketing dollars would get pumped between the three.
Either way :yeshrug: I don't feel like going
back and forth about it, I enjoy both artists for different reasons,
I just wanted to state that Adele isn't the only singer with a strong
voice out here.
