Dumbest shyt I've ever heard... so you're ok with authorities bending the laws and taking away nikkas rights just because they're "known"? That's the type of society you wanna live in? And you nikkas dapped this Police State ass nikka? fukk THAT
Dude, we are NOT talking "police state"...

We are talking police targeting known serious offenders BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY...

If thugs live by any means necessary, the best way to deal with them is by any means...

These thugs are NOT as tough as they claim to be in their rap songs, the only difference between them and law abiding citizens is how far they are willing to go...

A policeman who is willing to go as far as they are, will CERTAINLY be more effective...

What about the REAL victims of violent crimes...My ONLY sister was murdered in South Africa, and the killer was never caught...How I wish there was a competent detective willing to break EVERY law (within reason) to catch my sister's killer...

Fcuk thugs...If you about that life, you deserve what you get...

wanting to beat a murder charge makes you a studio gangster? :what:
That's what I want to know...

Is Lil Boosie everything he says in his rhymes or is he just reciting ducktales...?

Because his fans are saying he just an innocent victim being wrongly persecuted...The only way this sentiment can be validate is if Lil Boosie is indeed just a another studio gangsta "reporting what's happening in the hood"...

Which one is it...?

What exactly so SHOCKING about my statements...

(1) Is Lil Boosie a studio gangsta...
(2) If you about that life, that includes the other side of the coin...The law...Why do criminals always say, "don't do the crime, if you can't do the time"...

Copping pleas is slimy and bytch made...

We do not need police. We need law and order. The police provide neither. If you knew anything about History you would know that throughout the entire existence of humanity, police have only existed for the last 150 years. So how did we regulate society until then? We have always regulated our own communities. There is no fundamental difference between gangs and the police. Both engage in widespread criminal activity that occur within a centrally controlled formal structure. Both have a "no snitching" policy, both use force and coercion to enrich themselves. Only difference between a gangbanger and a cop is a badge.
I have done in research in the history of the Police...

But one thing I know is as far recorded history is concerned, we have ALWAYS needed strong men with swords/guns to ensure that the law was enforced...

This will always be true...Humans CANNOT self-regulate...

Here is a basic example of this assertion, I am enrolled at McMaster University (one the best in the world) and when you go the public washrooms it is like "oh my god, did a sh+t tornado just blow through here"...

Just basic decency as leaving a public washroom CLEAN after using it is IMPOSSIBLE for a group of humans to achieve...

That's why we always need SUPERVISION...

Say the person who probably doesn't understand what I am trying to say...

I listed 2 points...If you don't agree with either one, provide a different opinion...If you are only going to resort to name calling, wouldn't it be easier to just ignore me...?

The law should be applied to benefit law abiding citizens...Criminals need to get dealt with the same tactics they use...If it is unfair, then they need to stop doing violent crimes...

I am a physiotherapist, and every month in the nursing home where I work, we do a fire drill, and we are ALWAYS told...In the case of a fire, you save the independent and co-operative people first..The people who resist your assistance, you leave behind...

This is the line of reasoning I am following...People who work 9-5 and obey the law need to be left alone, and the police needs to serve and protect them...But the trouble makers who are terrorizing communities and bragging about turning their neighborhoods into war zone in their rhymes, need to be dealt with "BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY"...

If a detective is assigned to a murder, and he knows who did it but can't make a solid case, that detective needs to think outside the box, and find way, legal or illegal, to put some charge that will stick and send the perpetrator away for at least 10 years, maybe that perp will get killed in jail...

But the detective has an obligation to protect the community by any means needed to make troublemakers think twice about violent crimes...

That is true. But people need to stop defending all prisoners thinking that they Nelson Mandela. Some of them are unjustified in being locked up, but some of them do dirt and have to face its karma.

I agree to an extent, not everybody deserves a "Free ______" shirt and some criminals are indeed bad people. But a lot of times too, this system takes people who were good to begin with and made a mistake out of desperate times and turns them to terrible human beings. People don't just wake up and decide to be like Boosie, it takes lots of circumstantial shyt to get to this point and oftentimes its fukked up and unavoidable.

Personal shyt, but my brother did time on many different levels so I've seen what prison can do to people through him and his cellmates. American prisons are imo the most vile place on this soil and they are used to destroy the black community, the psychological and emotional damaged afforded to the inmates is mind blowing you wouldn't believe it. Either you turn yourself into a monster to survive or you allow yourself to be destroyed, when you get to the outside you either get back in the game or you fill out non-stop applications and go to job fairs, job training, and job interviews to PERHAPS get the opportunity to work minimum wage. Our prisoners are hardly fought for even though they're worth it.

One of the most important things is making our black prisoners productive and well adjusted members of our society. There was a reason why this system wanted to lock all the black men up.
