you hate the gym like big box gym...is it because you hate having to come up with your own workout/motivate yourself? why don't you go to small facility that's class based - lots of bootcamps, functional fitness. x-fit spots that allow you to get a good workout, build community and not have to think about what to do. the classes have variety too so you're not stuck in a rut. of course you can always go the home exercise route - get some equipment or do a program like insanity or P90x.idk what’s going on, but the past few years I have dreaded going to the gym, I never want to workout. Then I think about how imma have to do this forever.
Any tips on how to fix this?

if you're issue is you just hate working out, thenthat's when i'd suggest just choosing a routine and sticking to it, it becomes part of your life. that's also why i'd suggest doing classes, keeps things fun, aim for 3-4x a week, 45-60 min per class, no need to try to become a gym rat working out 6-7 days for 90 mins a pop
If you don’t like going to the gym, you’re doing something rightkeep going
