Right now I'm trying to lose 20 pounds and I heard there are some vitamins I should be taking while I'm lifting so I don't have saggy skin. Any specific ones?
Raspberry Ketones is the new weight loss supplement fad. I haven't tried them yet but heard they work in the short term. They aren't too expensive, so you might as well give it a shot. My main recommendation would be standardized green tea pills. Great for controlling appetite. Believe me you will notice a difference.
That said, no pill will make you lose 20 pounds. But with diet and exercise it could help get you there.
