Us fans sometimes rag on him being a bit stubborn, but hes shown to be very flexible and great at addressing issues, I think he will get a deserved HC job

His main thing is mostly to build a system that everyone understands, and he values high IQ players. Our D was decimated by injuries, but next man up would come up and it worked out for most of the time. The only exception was when we literally had to trot out a bum off the street at corner.

He first tried to do seattle-style cover 3 single high safety look and that did not work well, plus run D was an issue. Once the dline was shored up, we switched off that and started to mix up shyt, and once everyone knew their role, D started rolling. It helps to have a beast D line and a very good dline coach, as well as a great LB duo, but the fact that the D doesnt depend on just talent should be a sign of good coaching. Plus Dline got fukked by injuries and Buck departure this year, and they still held it down against many teams.

Ill miss this bald headed goofy fukk :pachaha:

I see why he comes with so much praise. The flexibility to change schemes to fit your team is something we lacked with the last guy.

Dumb. Kelce is open due to their WR core. Which the Niners can't match.

Please name one TE that made or breaked a team. I'll take defense over a TE any day. That is why part of the reason why the Niners are fukked up more now.

that’s being a little unfair to Kelce imo but either way I had so much love for Kittle and Buck so whichever one we had to lose was gonna sting. I just think that keeping the DLine at an elite level did more for us then keeping George.

but...if Deebo, George and Jimmy can stay healthy with Aiyuk, the offense could be a problem. @South Paw saw that that last year when we should have swept his squad so with more weapons and a healthy Bosa and an improved Kinlaw we’ll definitely be back in the hunt next year. The key is health.

and I wouldn’t even use the first round pick on a quarterback. Kap wasn’t a first rounder. Just get someone with the physical tools that can sit for a year or two behind Jimmy.

It all depends on who’s available on Draft Day. For instance, if Justin Fields falls because GMs are on that :mjpls: and he’s available when we’re on the clock, I’d draft him without a second thought

I've been secretly hoping we trade up to get him. I always thought the chances he falls to 15 is pretty slim......have the GMs been killing him behind the scenes? That kid is big, and can move, and can throw. He's a Georgia kid so I can't imagine why the Falcons wouldn't take him at 4 so we would need to jump them, maybe Detroit, and definitely Denver.

I wouldn’t be mad at trading up for a QB

If I’m Kyle, I’d swing for the fences. We don’t need to spend a 1st on a QB to be a contender, but it’s probably our best bet for sustained success. A good QB on a 4-5 year rookie contract is a roster cheat code

This is why you don't pay TE top money when you have other needs.

No offense depends on a TE ass their main targets. That's just dumb.
He helps with our blocking though breh you know our o-line is cheese it needs all the help it can get with Mcglinchey on the right side.

Fields is my guy. I always thought he and Lawrence were neck and neck, but it wouldn't shock me if Wilson is rated higher than him and he slips. He has not looked as good this year. I think he has regressed a bit. Looked bad against the two best teams TOSU played. He needs to show up and show out against Clemson.

Also unfortunately I think they're gonna use Haskins failure against him.

Youre comparing a te to the whole defensive unit now? no shyt Ill take a great defense over a great TE too :pachaha:

Our defense, despite the numerous injuries, was still top 5 in yards allowed this year. Our offense is the one that regressed...hell, if our offense doesnt shyt the bed with turnovers against eagles, washington or cowgirls, wed likely be in the playoffs

Id take an all-pro TE on a run-first team over an elite WR, as long as hes healthy...which is admittedly a problem for Kittle

And Kelce is not open due to the wr core :usure:. A great TE provides a great mismatch because you're covering a TE with a safety or a LB. Someone like Hill benefits as much from Kelce as he benefits from him. The rest of Chiefs WRs arent remarkable. Sammy Watkins is just an ok #2. Aiyuk is already a lot better than him.

Obviously I'd choose Buckner over Kittle but KC didn't have to choose between Kelce and a defensive player either

Elite te are hard to find, a lot tougher than good wr.

Defensive player I meant over a TE. I'm pretty sure you knew what I the hell I meant.

Yeah you can keep that all pro TE that can't stay on the field:mjlol:

I get that. But there is no way I'm giving TE all that money over a stud like Buckner or Warner. shyt TE job is primarily to block. You can't tell me you can't find one that can block good and not have to pay him top dollar.
