Who gives a shyt about Derrick Henry? We talking about receiving core, that does include tight ends.You act like Derrick Henry doesn't keep the defense honest because they are focused on him.So of course their WRs are not going to be guarded as hard. They are able to make plays because of Henry.
Kittle isn't a WR.IF your TE is your top target thats a problem. And yes the Raiders WR core is better than the Niners. I can't believe how slow ya'll are with this.
We have a good receiving core with everyone healthy. Kittle Deebo Aiyuk and Bourne are at least as good as the Raiders pass catching unit. And they shyt on Aj brown +whoever else titans trot out at wr and tight end
This whole narrative of Jimmy not having weapons is tired. If he can only play well when the defense is great and run game is working, what's the reason paying him 25+ milly when the team stops being good and he looks like shyt? This is Kaep situation deja vu. When team stopped being good, he looks like utter trash out there. Not even serviceable.
Hell, Kaep actually played well in the playoffs for the most part.
Jimmy needs to prove he can keep his own when the d is trash and they not scaring anyone with playaction, otherwise what's the point. Like I've said before this year his biggest strength was converting third downs. Take that away and what are even his strengths? Can't throw deep or down the sideline, statue, awful picks, bad decisions and inaccurate throws trying to fit into tight windows. League finally has a lot of tape on him and it shows.

Rivalry games go either way all the time. He doesn't have the weapons like most of the QB's out there.

I mean shyt, Mostert was beasting maybe if Jimmy was able to move the rock and not be a p*ssy in the pocket and throw picks they could have controlled time of position and keep the defense off the field. You asked which qb is balling with a comparable receiving core. I named a few names. Does Derrick Henry play a huge factor in tannys success? Yes. So does Mostert and our run game. But this isn't what we're discussing.
Carr and raiders just shat on the team we struggled to pass on last year in the biggest game Jimmy's played and missed open looks.
The oline is playing like shyt, but it's also because they have to pass block a ton more. They struggled in SB too.
Which goes with my point of not fooling anyone with playaction. You keep saying receivers are trash. He had no issues hitting those guys in 2017. Taylor, even goodwin and so on. The very reason he got this contract was because of 2017,when he was playing with house money and improvising a ton. Shanny had to hide him a ton last year, can't hide him now. We finna see some ugly ass plays. I hope I'm completely wrong and I Wil eat crow if he turns it around, but he's a very dependent qb.

Ultimately, the blame lies with Shanny, this is his product, he's the head coach. Jimmy is not a transcendent QB at this point in time, but if Shanny is this offensive genius who doesn't need talent, then he shouldn't need an elite QB to create a functional offense. It's not like every other component of our offense is playing elite football and the QB is out there dragging everyone down, it's pretty much a shytshow across the board. OL looks like hot garbage. It's not like the WRs are flying around wide open. QB playing like a nervous wreck. Coaching and scheme looks suspect. Mostert the only guy consistently performing at a high level tbh.
