I watched a recent episode and thought it was pretty close in tone and nature of the original. As a grown man, I hate to say I enjoyed it.

They didn't get the original voice actors for the girls so I stopped watching after like 2 episodes
Couldn't get jiggy with their new voices

Word is the producers never asked the original voice actors to come back. They just went ahead and recasted without telling them. Tara Strong called it a stab in the heart on Twitter.

I saw a review of the "Painbow" episode and that was enough to tell me to stay away.

I haven't watched much past that episode so I can't tell you if the writing is any better than that 'cause supposedly that was a ''satirical'' piece where they were all brainwashed by that Panda and social media and whatever but seriously, did we ever really need that sort of shyt in the Power Puff girls? Throw up a monster, bring in Mojo Jojo and call it a day.
