i hope you guys taking these generic (Vitamin/Mineral) are making sure they are ORGANIC/Phosphate.
That means, taking them from food based sources that your body can assimilate.
Like I see people going "Take __ mg of Zinc daily" but a lot of these supplements I see on the market(online/offline) are often cheap, synthetic vitamins made from oxides and other harmful substances that can cause more damage than you'd expect.
Simply make sure they are from FOOD because nature doesn't make mono-structured vitamins/minerals. You don't grab vitamin c from a tree or eat something that is simply ZINC only.
For example, make sure your vitamins/minerals list the sources of the vitamin chiefly from a plant based source.
The Zinc I consume is mainly from things like raw soaked Pumpkin Seeds, Moringa(Dried powder), Dodder Seed and/or Sunflower seeds. Vitamin C is a popular one that people get scammed by buying something that only states "Ascorbic Acid".
Rose Hips, Acerola, Camu, Hibiscus are natural, balanced sources of Vitamin C. Half the time people consuming synthetic vitamins containing harmful substances like bitumen, coal tar, fillers and binders etc. Just get your vitamins/minerals from FOOD sources and you should be straight.
