I been taking them consistently for 3 months now and I'm not sure if it's just a placebo but I do feel more alert and focused.

What vitamins are you guys taking?
And suggestions?

I'm a 31 year old male 6'1 207 if that will give you an idea of what type of vitamins I should be taking.

Used Calcium and D3 back in the day; didn't notice any benefits after I stopped. :manny:

Also in the stack:
- Type II Collagen
- Fish Oil
- Creatine Monohydrate
- POWDA®
- ZMA (sometimes)
- HMB (made the caps myself)
- Glucosamine/Chondroitin (rarely)

None, scientifically speaking, multivitamins are completely useless and or not needed, if you eat three square meals a day, and snack in between. If you're on a cleanse, sure hit some vitamins, but everything you eat has all the vitamins you need.






You can find more sources and doctors online who will tell you the same.

I get everything from the food I consume. My bloodwork shows all minerals and vitamins are within normal range. Fish, rice, bread, beans, olive oil, eggs, veggies and fruits are what I eat.
