What was your opinion of "prime" Eminem?

To answer the question of the thread I have to say that Eminem in his prime from 1999 to 2004 is the best rapper of all time. And I know I'm going to get a lot of hate for saying that but it's just the truth.
The reason why I say he was the best of all time at that point is because he had literally mastered every area of being an MC that you can think of. From lyricism to flows to emotion and hooks and making you feel a song dude just had it all mastered. It was basically like he had the lyricism of Rakim with the emotion and the ability to make you feel a song of Tupac. So to me at that time He was the best of all time.
But the music he has put out after 2004 is just beyond cringe-worthy. To go from being so great to so terrible is just

Em from 99-04 was one of the most amazing rappers to pick up the mic. Had he stopped making albums at Encore you could have had an argument as a top 20 of all time rapper. He torched almost every track he was on and I can't think of a mediocre verse he put out all the way through the Eminem Show. It's actually weird that Slim Shady EP and LP are actually underrated now.

ive said it before and ill say it again..few rappers have had the highs along wit the skillset that em had in his prime..subject matter aside he was a very competent rapper and could make songs
