I bought a Carbon 15 when I was 18
We're putting hundreds of pounds on our chest and back and just moving that shyt

The average person would :damn: at the thought of a 200+ pound bar hovering over their chest let alone pushing it up and down

Let's not even get into the strength aspect of it, think of all the people you know who :scust: at just the word "gym". They couldn't even fathom the discipline needed to go in 5+ times a week and giving those weights your all :wow:

We get so caught up sometimes, comparing ourselves to other lifters, that we forget we're part of an elite club

I'm not at your level but I do shock people all the time with my power...these dudes were trying to move a water heater.... both having trouble with it ... I told them back off grabbed that shyt picked it up and tossed it in the back of the car and kept moving :smugdraper:

I'm just more realistic about working out. Most people ain't, can't and won't hit the gym 5 times a week. Especially without getting the proper rest and diet in between workouts....
