What will it take to actually get a Heel real heat?

1. Heels shouldn't have merchandise for sale at shows
2. Heels shouldn't have catchphrases unless the heel is already established
3. Heels shouldn't interact positively with the crowd
4. If need be Heels should be bullies
5. Heels should be heels 24/7

None of that ish matter... heels have always had catchphrases...Flair, Macho, Rick Rude etc...and merchandise is a big part of the thier revenue...heels need to quit cracking jokes and be sort of douches in real life..

That's the problem. Heels shouldn't be out there selling merchandise. JBL is probably one of the last traditional heels in recent memory and one of those reasons is because he didn't sell merchandise and didn't have any fan friendly moves.
