What would be a great store brand for a 30+ year old man?

J crew, club monacco, Ralph Lauren are good for staples

Over priced so wait for the regular 30% sales they have

J crew quality has fallen off a lot

Marshall's and Nordstrom Rack are good you can sometimes find some gems hidden there.

There are so many options online though, I usually check out J. Crew, Macy's, Ralph Lauren, among others when they have a good sale. Barney's Warehouse is also great when they have sales as well as mrporter.com.

Brehs do you notice that the older you get the less inclined you are to buy more clothes?

The only stuff I invest in is suits because thats my daily wear for work. Other than that my gym clothes.

Depends on the area. But around where I live K&G and Burlington Coat Factory have some of the best bang for your buck. O also get my everyday suits from a local place called Karako.

I shop at Dillards in mid September for summer clearance and Late Feb/early March winter clearance for 75%. Ralph Lauren and Hart Schaffer suits all day for around $200 or less, regular price $800-900. Polo, North face, Armani exchange, true reg., under armour all heavily discounted. Including all brands of shoes

Back in MIA
Blazer, Suit Jackets - Monaco
Pullover Sweaters, Cardigans - Banana Republic, JCrew
Oxford Shirts - Ralph Lauren, Uniqlo, Gitman Bros
Crewneck Sweatshirts - Jcrew, Reigning Champs
Jeans - Momotaro, Oni (worth the $$$$, trust me)
Comfortable breathable pants - AG, Outlier NY

Get yourself a nice brown leather belt and a nice braided belt to switch it up every once in awhile.

Get yourself some nice leather chukka shoes (not boots). Get some that the more you beat the shyt out of them the better they look.

I stopped buying ties once I moved to the West Coast because everyone thinks they are weird out here. But layer up with any of the shyt above and throw in a tie and your pretty much good to go wherever.

SuitSupply, Massimo Dutti, and Jcrew are my current favorites. Zara too though I think they have kind of fallen off as they have gotten more popular recently
Uniqlo is underrated too imo
