One where dude won't do any tripping when the bill comes. I do believe that men should pay for the first date, however I don't think you need to run his pockets either. He should plan the date around what he would be comfortable paying. I have no problem grabbing coffee, dessert, a free museum or something else inexpensive if that's all he wants to pay for. I just don't want either of us to feel short-changed or like someone got over at the end of it.

I like the idea of the bolded. I've wanted to try that. We'd still have to sit somewhere and talk after that fun and excitement.
It's a good first date. Did it a while back and we ended up at a random bar while walking around downtown just talking afterwards. Definitely a fun experience

She smokes? Kick it on a porch and get faded.
She drinks? Same thing.
We do that shyt until we're tired, then we take individual showers and pillow talk until the morning and see where we are willing to go from there depending on how well we kicked it a few hours before. No money spent, no genitals bumped, we just chill.
