What would Tony Romo have to do to make the HOF?

He leads the league in most 4th quarter comebacks since 2011.. yet he is thought of as not clutch. I Honestly think the ineptitude of the franchise as a whole is the reason he seems to fail at the worst possible times.

But you're right, I don't think just one win will get him a HOF ballet.

Nice way to take a marginal stat and make it what his career is about.

Romo been playying for almost a decade now, to focus on something from the past 2 years is cherry picking.

So did the franchise throw that pick in week 17 vs. Washington last year on a simple dumpoff pass.

And this stat means what? That could easily be a product of a million different things.

1 playoff win in a 10 year career says a lot more.
I agree. Horrible coaching. :obama:

And do you wanna take a guess at how many OC's he's had since he's been in the L

Honestly, every time he's put into a new system I expect the worst and he still goes out there and beast. And his numbers this year with the worst play calling since he's been our starter is even more impressive than previous years.

That's not what I'm saying. I'm saying the team falters at key times, just as much as Romo does. Yes he coughed up that game on a boneheaded decision, but the defense gave up 3TD's and 200 yards rushing to Alfred Morris. In the 2007 Divisional Playoff game he threw a last second pick in the endzone.. but in the same game Patrick Crayton dropped a sure touchdown that could have secured the game.

I've said it countless times, with more stability from the team and the franchise as a whole Romo wouldn't be forced to go in to gunslinger mode as much, thus resulting in less disastrous plays and losses.

How you gonna talk about someone narrowing the time period and you turn around and do the same thing? Romo hasnt been a starter for 10 years, and 1 playoff win in 10 years sounds alot worse than 1 playoff win in 4 games.

My bad, he's been the qb for 9 years.

1 playoff win in 9 years. Is that a HOF type accolade?

Do you even know what you're saying? He's 1-3 in playoff games. He's one Flacco playoff run away from being 4-3 or 5-3. You keep saying years look at the record. Qualifying for the playoffs alone is not done by the QB.

He doesn't have a Flacco run in him though, he just doesn't.

At some point you are what you are. I know you're a Cowboys fan so this won't get through to you.

I know exactly what i`m saying, In 9 years of play, Romo has ranked 1 playoff win. That's as simple as it gets. I have no faith in him ever making that stat improve greatly. So he`ll be what he`ll be, and that's not a HOF QB.

You're depending on him becoming something different all of a sudden, i`m going off past history.
