Focus on creating a compelling product before worrying about the ratings. If the product is good word of mouth will reach fans who don't watch anymore and they'll tune in. Raw will NEVER get the ratings they got in 1999-2001. Way too much alternate forms of entertainment now compared to how it was 15 years ago. Hell five years ago.

Have actual wrestlers and/or people who were around wrestling in the 80's and 90's to actually book the shows. Forget television/movie writers. Get people like Arn Anderson, Jim Ross, Paul Heyman, etc involved.

Chris Kreski had nothing to do with wrestling before, and was key in streamlining story-lines for a portion of Attitude until he was replaced. The WWE's best bet would be to get writers similar to him in order to do that. I feel like comic book writers and writers' of mini-series' would do wonders in edition to having former wrestlers involved

Oh yeah, authority figure wise I would dead the mean boss shyt for a while, have a face figurehead or at least an objective non bias 1. Probably objective would be best unless you hire an ex wrestler like Mick Foley to do it.

I'd even bring in some new match types.

I'd bring in lots of people with proven sucess within the buisness for advisory roles and then they can listen and evaluate opinions yet ultimately make their own descions.

At certain times some celebrity involvement could be interesting too, but if it feels legit like the Tyson ish.

I would research what the fans want but not let them lead the way, listen to them, take it in and yes cater to them but not let them completely run the show. Though some interactive things could happen where people vote for matches or match types sometimes.

I'd give a chance for writers/idea people to apply and veto people until you get the very best people with the best ideas let them help grow the company. Not so restrictive, I'm sure there's wrestling fans out there who could contribute something worthwhile idea or booking wise.

I'd hire JR back immediately, if he doesn't want to commentate that's fine but in terms of a wrestling mind, more great wrestling minds the better.

The main thing to me though would probably be compelling captivating long term much diverse storylines.

all you really have to do is spend 4 months letting the wrestlers actually wrestle and do their own promos.

Then have feuds between the natural faces and heels that the fans care the most about/hate the most and not folks that Vince has a crush on or sucked the most dikk.

Hire JR back (or let JR only do PPVs) and cut more backstage/outside/weird ass promos,. Sink or Swim, bytch.

Have wrestlers do run ins without their music playing while they show up gorila position, and JR marks out like usual.

Let the women wrestle on a SHIMMER level. Okay, an NXT level.

Let Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn fight FOREVER

Possibly bring back Jobbers, but there's too many "Stars" to bring back local talent.

I mean, it's not rocket science. Other promotions have the talent but not the budget or distribution.

WWE has the talent AND the budget and fukk it up every week.
