Depends on what brand/show they like
Now Someone like Brock trumps everyone as far being a top guy. Everyone wants to see him.
But maybe the RAW show has ppl who ike Rollins, and maybe if Daniel Bryan was a champ on the other show, those fans would like him.
Then on the RR, WM, SS, SurvS shows, you have both brands. That's how they did it before.
I think Smackdown in 03 had it going strong with Lesnar, Benoit, Angle, young Cena, Hardy

I am surprised they don't try to put nxt on ESPN 2 or something
I do think a ton of aspects in nxt should be carried over to wwe including how they build around the titles and the general less is more simpler booking... The montages they do with the title matches on nxt that are more realism based with backstage interviews and training footage should be used more on the main roster
Wrestlers should be character but not necessarily streamlined into good guy or bad guy and we shouldn't just book face vs heel matches
More of an emphasis on jobber matches to put over finishers and move sets to make the bigger matches seem more meaningful
They should also take talent that isn't being used enough or losing momentum and put them in tag teams
More tournaments, battle royals to determine contenders instead of just throwing matches together
- Get rid of Smackdown/Make it a 1 Hour Pre-Raw show on the Network
- Go to 2 Hour Raws
- 6-8 PPVs

Clean house of the SD and Raw writing staff. Bring in some people who actually know how to develop storylines from week to week, making things organic instead of forcing them. That right there would take care of everything else.
Just to add, I'd bring back the KOTR, and it would be the older way where a large bracket is actually shown beforehand, and would culminate with a KOTR ppv with the final 8 wrestlers. KOTR is one of the easiest ways to create storylines and feuds, regardless of wins and losses.

Bring back the Cruiserweight division and give it proper time/attention. They have a lot of talented guys right now who are doing nothing, and the belt itself could be a valuable prop in feuds. You could have had the Stardust/Neville shyt be over the belt which would had given the feud more purpose, or have Tyler Breeze who just debuted hold it for a lengthy and impressive run to build up his legitimacy to the audience, or just let dudes like Tyson Kidd or the healthy Uso run with something. Since Daniel Bryan, they've continued to recruit and push an increasing amount of "small" guys and I think they could get something going with a new Cruiser division
Get rid of the people like Kevin Dunn who (according to sheets) obviously perpetuate a toxic backstage political culture/environment which reflects on the product
Freshen up the world title scene more often. Back in 2000, you had a revolving world title picture of Rock, HHH, Angle, Benoit, Taker, and Stone Cold. In 2015, its been all Seth (who stays losing every match), Cena (who's been in the world title picture for over 10 years now), Brock (who's shown up like 5 times this year), Orton, or Dean, with the title having switched hands only onceAnd they wonder why ratings plummet, when the world title scene is so fukking boring and uneventful. We need to see new faces in the main event scene, and they also need to run more major storylines around the world title. Examples of how they can do that in today's era without some cheesy WCW-esque fukkery storyline is like 06 Cena/Edge or 09 HHH/Orton
Diva's division needs better everything. The talent has gotten better but the storytelling is laughable, especially when you look at NXT and how its been able to weave together meaningful rivalries with only an hour show and a 2 hour special every 4 months.
Everything that's wrong with the WWE right now is from a creative standpoint. They got the talent, the right climate (social media and WWE go well together), the network, the developmental. But man Raw is such a chore to watch at times
it's like they write a storyline then drop it all together. Like Paige should have been a heel against charlotte and becky. but then she's helping them. Then you have Seth rollins who has great matches. But the storylines suck. He fights Brock at the ppv. Undertaker comes out. Now we probably wont see brock vs rollins until god knows when. it's like the storylines they need to scrap they keep it going for way too long. the storylines we want to continue they just end them without notice.

bro they have way too many ppvs. its like raw doesnt have meaning anymore. I wanna see more title changes and defenses on RAw/smackdown. Ppv still have a place in wrestling but so does raw/smackdown.
Brand Split, bring back the Big Gold Belt, but have the Us Title be the main title on smackdown.Bring back the Cruiser Weight and Tv title
Make the IC Title the 1# Contender Title again. Bring back the woman's heavy weight title. Do more house shows on the network.

IMO< we already get more exposure to NXT than we should... but the ultimate move for an NXT star is to become such a top guy there, that they get to wrestle on the big stage.
What would then be the point of NXT if they were on national TV just like the main show? When they get promoted to WWE, what does that say about NXT as a nationally-televised separate brand? What if people actually watched NXT specifically for those stars and then next thing you knew, they were gone from that show? How does this help NXT as a brand?

Honestly the biggest change that needs to happen won't happen anytime soon, Vince needs to retire. It's clear he's senile and his philosophy on pro wrestling is clearly 30 years outdated.
