Thanks for the reply. Well in my case I don't know. My situation is I met my sons mother at a time I was already in a relationship but separated and she was a few years younger than I. We messed around a few times and she ended up pregnant where I just KNEW it wasn't mine. Did the paternity test and sure enough he was. Ended up paying a lot of child supportbut anyway over time we still been cool but I moved back to Detroit. Of late my son whom is now a teenager has become REALLY rebellious towards his Mom and she has stated it might be best for him to come stay with me. She THEN said that she was wanting to relocate and Michigan might not be a bad idea. She suggested we could have an open relationship because over time we both have had a bunch of shytty relationships and neither of us want to jump into anything serious any time soon.
Let her move in and take it slow. When other ppl get involved it can be really messy. If you go through with an open relationship let your son know.
