What yall think of Method Man's Tical 2000 album?

Nikka was promoting this for years and when it finally dropped, I believed it just went over a lot of people's head. This was trademark Wu Tang shyt on here and Meth literally sharpened his blades for this album. My only complaint was the amount of skits even though the Chris Rock jawn was funny as hell. What yall think?

i liked it minus the 1 too many skits
but method man had improved as an mc and stepped him game up
all in all, i thought it was a pretty good album

- Waaay too many skits.

- 3 great cypher beats on it doe: "Spazzola", "Dangerous Ground", and the second half of "Suspect Chin Music"

- I feel like it maybe I woulda liked it more if it was sequenced better.
Like, the singles were at the end and one didn't really fit the albums' vibe.
It was all over the place. It started like it was gonna be a "Year 2000/New World Prophecy" album...
then it had a bunch of records that were just rhymes, then he was just throwin' darts with guests.
He was spittin', but the hype was like it was supposed to be some other chit.

Ya way too many skits. Couldn't get passed that. Totally ruined the album for me, I may have to revisit it. I slept heavy on it because of the obnoxious skits, you can't just let that album ride out.

Remove skits and 2-3 tracks and it's a classic

The skits, as already mentioned, should have been left off. Totally unnecessary. Other than that, the album is an underrated gem. Some of Meth's best tracks are on there.

I liked that album a lot. When I first got it I bought the edited one by accident
Got home, put it on and felt like an idiot. Good thing I wasn't driving yet. I would've felt like a fool putting it on blast driving and then having the edited version of perfect world come on
