Wooooow.....I haven't thought of Gino Green in a long time.

And tbh, after 02, rapper brands weren't it imo.

So no Phat Farm, Fubu/Platinum Fubu, Wu Wear, Escobar, G-Unit, Rocawear, Sean John, Vokal etc.

The only one i did wear was Artful Dodger, and that was just one item. A red leather jacket, no tacky logo showing your allegiance. Ish was so fire.

And Polo isn't high end, unless you're paying for the crazy popped Purple, Black Label(rip) etc.
Polo is on the same level as J.Crew, Gant, Lacross, Nautica etc.

Moncler is high end. Things like that. But the real secret, is the fit and your form.

Nowadays, it's like if you ain't wearing head to toe Gucci or Supreme or some other overpriced high end or fuccboi shyt, people act like you ain't fresh. :scusthov:

What kind of backwards region of the country are you residing in where people turn their nose up if one's not decked out in Gucci/Louis?? If anything, where I am, you're seen as tacky and lacking in taste if you're rocking Gucci/Louis. :pachaha:

i think the best clothes to buy at this point are ones with no visible logos (which means it would be impossible to actually determine what brand it is)

basically buy whatever u want as long as it looks nice

only kids care about brands

To me, although I think the quality of their clothing's construction has not kept pace with their rising cost, J Crew is the best place to purchase brandless clothing that you can comfortably swag out in if you know how to put layers together. They have a very underrated selection of sweatshirts that a lot of people sleep on.

Macy's is not the leading edge of authority on fashion :heh: shyt is a slight step up from JCP in most locations except for their select upscale/flagship locations in places like SF etc.

Sean John lasted longer than RW due to being more subdue in style and logo placement, but Sean john ain't been a brand to puff your chest about wearing since about 07

True. I never said it was... I just simply said if SJ was still being sold in Macy's somebody had to be buying it.

Most of the stuff they sell at Macy's they charge an arm & leg for and to be honest I can get more for quality & cheaper at JCP.

A lot of the clothes were unfolded and just thrown everywhere

Yeah Macy's is notorious for that ^^^ I came into the store one day and clothes were thrown all over the place. I walked back out. I went to Sears the other day because it was a "Going Out of Business" sale going on. Same thing.
