I have been into hiphop since I was like in pre school. The first cassette I copped with my own money was MATW when I was 8 and my mom already had the CD but I wanted my own. I copped it from Blockbuster Music (yall don't remember that huh?) and I bought every No Limit release up until I was in the 6th grade. My moms house was and still is a free for all of hiphop and marijuana.

when i first started it was Hammer & Vanilla Ice but also Ice Cube, PE, NWA, Eazy. my older cousin was into punk & hip hop, Anthrax and shyt like that so i dubbed some tapes off him.

That moment for me was thrift shop by macklemore, I was 43. Been a fan ever since.

Nice. Yeah I remember loving "Can't Touch This" when it 1st came out. But when I 1st started listening it was Wu, Snoop, Bone Thugs. Stuff like that.
