People are quick to get sensitive when it comes to race issues. Especially in the heat of things. I understand if people see the shirt they automatically think "Hogan, the racist." But can you guys think rationally here? What Hulkamania represented wasn't racism and what it did for wrestling was extraordinary. If it wasn't for him we all wouldn't be here discussing this business. I'm not defending the man for what he did because what he did was disgusting.

I'm a huge Benoit fan and really appreciate what he did in the ring. I never stopped watching his stuff. If I had a shirt I'd still wear it. Do I support a child killer? On the outside it may seem, but that's the one sided affair you deal with people. If you just ask why I wear it you'd get my response. Separating the man in the ring from the personal man.

I'm not even a Hogan fan, never was, but I got the shirt because he was an icon. And no, I never wore it in public before and will never wear the shirt in public now. Like I said before, if I do use it it will be as a t around the house. I got plenty of wrestling shirts I do that with.

And no, I'm not of white descent. I may be light skinned, but I'm a 3rd generation mexican american.
