I never knew that, and you're right he has no place to say anything near that.

I never was a big fan but the music I heard was dope. Finding good jazz to me in general is hard. He made jazz hip hop the right way.

That dope shyt video above is great. Pretty much what so many would ask for from Def Jam. The video and music is near perfect - but if it didn't sell big business wise it doesn't pan out.

It's the story of dope artists not panning out business wise like can this not work?

I saw he just dropped this video. Which he looks like he switched his style up to some farm meditative steez.

I feel like he changed alot College frat, to hip hop, to almost adult contemporary - but that adds up song is actually a really good joint too. I can hear it playing in malls and hotel lobbies in the next 40 years.
