P90X chest and back workout is amazing for chest.(You can do the chest portion at home with no equipment).

You do six different pushups twice so 12 sets of pushups.

Out of all my chest workouts, I have never gotten a better pump than from doing it.

If you want some good chest workouts just look up "Chest workout" on YouTube.

This is what I've been doing the past couple of weeks for body confusion. If you do a certai nworkout enough, your obdy gets used to it and you don't exhaust the muscles as much.

I'm trying to get a more defined chest, mainly the center-most portion. Doing Incline Dumbell Press works only the outside.
Diamond pushups for starters

Dumbell/cable/machine flies

Close grip bench press (incline, decline, and regular)

And theres another one that I forgot but the brehs might know what it’s called... its when you lay perpendicular on a freeweight bench and grab a dumbell and extend it overhead and back to your chest...

I currently just do benching (wide, regular, close grip), dips, free weight bench (lightweight/high reps), and machine flies. I do a fullbody workout since my days to the gym are limited so that’s basically what I do strictly for chest

Whatever:hubie:

Nobody tells you to go heavy and I go heavy af with flies with no shoulder problems. I’ve torn biceps, elbow issues, and strained a rotator but never had shoulder issues

I'll try it out. Thx, fam.
Whoa:whoa:

Don’t just run into a suicide grip, do your shyt regular at first and use suicide on some extremely light bench press shyt until your regular weight feels light/easier

I been using a suicide grip since I was 15 and never had an issue but you not me:whoa:

Plus I don’t use it on extremely heavy weight... maybe up to 245 repping but after 245 it’s back to a regular grip

Who's doing 50 pushups in a row especially as a beginner? :dahell: :Wtf:

I've been doing pushups for years and I can't do 60 in a row back to back to back to back.

Adust your routine honestly

He’s not wrong... i used to do that shyt on watch.. every hour I would knock 50 out real quick until I got to 500 on a 12 hour midwatch

I do a count of four... 4 pushups is one set. You get to 12 thats 48 and just add 2 more

He could start at 10 every 10 minutes for one hour and then bump it up to 15, 20, etc.

Hell of a workout and in no time you probably repping 100

I used to do about 80-110 straight regularly every PT test just depending on if I gave af, practiced, etc.

80-100 proper form pushups straight? Post a video cause i wanna see.

Arms locked out at the top and chest touches the floor type pushups too.

And it's better to do about 20-30 and take shorter breaks.

Can easily knock 300+ pushups in an hour that way rather than doing it throughout the day

Someone who just started working out or doesn't have the schedule to do that will quit.
