Pushups. Start small and just continue adding the amount. Pushups will get you ripped if you stick to a routine. I like the type of muscle mass pushups give you, the lean and solid kind, unlike that bulky look more traditional routines in the gym add to tour physique. :dame:

Arms locked out at the top and chest touches the floor type pushups too.

And it's better to do about 20-30 and take shorter breaks.

Can easily knock 300+ pushups in an hour that way rather than doing it throughout the day

Someone who just started working out or doesn't have the schedule to do that will quit.

I used to bet nikkas money on all that shyt too because they never believed me (30 pullups from dead hang, one arm pushups, 100 pushups, etc.)

Now idgaf... I haven’t done a pushup since I got out on some medical shyt. I still bench but Only calisthenics I do now is planks and situps... maybe

I could still bust 50 out pretty easily though... 80 was really just me bumming it and I didn’t even use the full 2 minutes..

And just because you think that is proper form doesn’t mean it is.. all that pausing shyt was just a break to me... which is why dead hang pullups was easy af

how old are you? And what rotator are you referring to?

I got that from incline benching with my older brother (who’s much bigger/stronger than me). And that was at like 16/17


And I’m 30+:flabbynsick:

I got out in 2015 but joined late because my football dreams fizzled out. Was in for 8 years roughly so I was in for awhile and in better shape before the navy then when I joined and left

No offense but with proper form I was doing 300 pushups a day a few years ago. I haven't done it in a while now

100 a set. 3 sets.
It really builds your stamina after a while and not your strength. You'll need to adjust and do some incline pushups like placing your legs on your sofa with your hands on the floor and pumping out sets

300 pushups in a day isn't difficult.

It's not necessary though.

If you workout other body types, who has time for all that witha busy schedule?

And I already do incline pushups.

lol yes i used to do that no stops no breaks...its a time issue really.

and it takes practice. i started from scratch and built till 100 flat no stops or breaks.
