80-100 proper form pushups straight? Post a video cause i wanna see.
Arms locked out at the top and chest touches the floor type pushups too.
And it's better to do about 20-30 and take shorter breaks.
Can easily knock 300+ pushups in an hour that way rather than doing it throughout the day
Someone who just started working out or doesn't have the schedule to do that will quit.

I used to bet nikkas money on all that shyt too because they never believed me (30 pullups from dead hang, one arm pushups, 100 pushups, etc.)
Now idgaf... I haven’t done a pushup since I got out on some medical shyt. I still bench but Only calisthenics I do now is planks and situps... maybe
I could still bust 50 out pretty easily though... 80 was really just me bumming it and I didn’t even use the full 2 minutes..
And just because you think that is proper form doesn’t mean it is.. all that pausing shyt was just a break to me... which is why dead hang pullups was easy af
