being hardworking is really a gift. u can be naturally gifted, but without hard work, you'd be just like every other man.
to be a hardworker, u need to be motivated. you need to be inspired. without a constant supply of inspiration, you'd run out of fuel on the journey to your destination.
there's a reason rich people often advice that you should surround urself with people who are already rich. the way they go about their lives will be ur source of energy/inspiration/fuel to dig ur heels in and continue to pursue ur goal.
