Do Puerto Ricans fry chicken correctly? Dominican girls?

Every Hispanic-style fried chicken I’ve ever eaten wasn’t crispy enough, but I’ve only had it from Cubans and Mexicans. By the way, aren’t Puerto Ricans and Dominicans technically Black?

i havent had it yet but ive heard dominican fried chicken is good. i think they marinate it a lot before frying it

The KFC in Jamaica puts the ones in USA to shame. It’s been that way since the 1st time I had it in 98. It’s so good in Jamaica you come back here figuring maybe you can give USA KFC another chance then end up committing stomach suicide & realizing American KFC is still trash. I’d love to see Jamaican Popeyes
