What's harder to find across the US: A great philly cheesesteak or a great gumbo?

Wish they could deliver real Philly Cheesesteaks via airplane for the low very quickly.

It's difficult to find a place that does a great job.

These are two meals done perfect in their city that 99% of the country cant seem to get right, or they add their own "twist" to it

Gumbo easily. It takes more skill to make gumbo and do not be fooled you can various good cheeseateaks spots across the east coast.

U can find a decent Philly anywhere.....Mexicans cook them in Philly, Mexicans cook them in Chicago. I had one the other week at Philly's Best. Now good GUMBO? First of all, the seafood is regional and tastes different in different parts of the country.

Hate to tell you but this is not a very good comparison. You can probably find a decent philly in antsy major city. Though not necessarily top notch. I literally am at a loss here in DC area as to where to begin looking for gumbo.

Never had gumbo nor have I ever had an authentic philly. The only philly I gave ever had came from a Chinese owned wing spot and it was pretty damn good to me, so I know the authentic ones are amazing.
