I've been there a few times recently (twice in the last year). Like @Buckeye Fever said, it's a party downtown. Lot's of open bars with live music and drink specials...I was there for work so I didn't get a ton of time to get around, but if you can vibe with different folks, you should have a good time.

If you're downtown, this spot (on Church St) was good and cheap. I ate there more than once:

:leon: oh look at all the Nashvillians in here.

I lived in that area for many years, been away for about 5 years but i remember Nashville very fondly. I used to bounce for a bit at Graham Central Station(giant multi level club) before it closed. Obv i haven't been back in a while but the night life was always on point when i was there, they had a club for just about every kind of flavor you into. I remember they even had a club with like 80 percent Asians, i forgot the name though, but if you into PAAGs you could eat lol. There's hot spots all over the city but there's also one long strip with thousands of people walking around with a bunch of different clubs/bars/eateries, good food, good atmosphere, good music(it aint all country). I remember seeing Stevie Wonder play live there for like 4 and a half hour set, and then at the end a bunch of celebrities came on stage to party with Stevie, from Dave Chappelle to Aerosmith, best concert i ever been to. Then we went and had some of the best lamb gyros i ever tasted.

Nashville is dope breh, have fun.:wow:

:deadmanny: I was at that Stevie Concert. I had to tap out at 11:00 after the intermission because I had to be to work the next morning and it was a weekday. Woke up the next morning, put on the news, and was like :damn: once they said all those folks showed up. To this day I wish I had stayed and just called in sick.

All I know is Knoxville is 1 of the most racist towns. Hope it gets wiped out by a tornado.

What happened to you in Knoxville, breh. I went to school out there so I probably was naive to a lot of the politics and stuff back then. I could tell it was a segregated city though. It’s blacker than most people would realize but you have to know where everybody is actually located.
