I normally do ribs but instead I'm going to try smoking a brisket for the first time. Snake method in the 22' Weber. I was going to do that and then maybe a whole white fish as well for a little surf and turf type action (and as a contingency plan if I fukk up the brisket). I can't go back to filets ever since I've started grilling fish whole. Might get some links on there too and some corn.
