sales is about the hustle, not the degree. But some places like Oracle might require a degree to get hired.

Coli answer : start a business...
i get what he means though. some people be telling others on the coli to start a business with their liberal arts degree.I know a dude in Atlanta that started a business cleaning carpets. He advertises on Groupon and even has some clients out of town. He's coming over to crib next week to clean my carpets.
I know another dude who started a business being a mobile mechanic. You call him and he'll meet you where you're at and fix whatever problems you got (change oil, breaks, replace tires, troubleshoot engine issues, etc).
There's a million ways to make money. nikkas gotta stop thinking starting a business means starting the next Google. Just be a hustler and you can make money.

you at least need a skill to start a business.

Yeah but there's different departments within each organization. You just got to get your foot in the door. They have sales, events, restaurants, accounting..all offer entry level (no college) positions that you can work your way up from....the best thing you can do is jump around in all departments, learn how a hotel work. Then there's a corporate side to it as well that really laid back. Even if you got on as an admin you'll be working with a ton of hoes. lolwait what would be my job duties in hospitality? i'd be working in a hotel or some shyt ?
